Sud-Fresh specializes in finely controlled transportation and storage. We provide logistics services at various temperatures.

• Chilled (2–4°C): packaged meat, fish, poultry, prepared meals, vegetables, fruit, pizza, pancakes, …
• Freezer (-18°C), packaged meat, fish, poultry, pizza, vegetables, pancakes, …
• Ambient 14–18°C, packaged cookies, pastries, and chocolate
• Dry goods, packaging, types of returnable containers, dry food

Sud-Fresh’s trucks and delivery vans are equipped to handle deliveries and pickups at two different temperatures during a single trip. This offers the advantage of more efficient logistics planning, since otherwise two separate vehicles would have to travel to the same destination.

• Distribution: Pick up on Day A at the customer’s location; deliver on Day B to the destination.
• Dedicated transport: a trip is customized;
• Express: An urgent request has come in to pick up goods and deliver them immediately.
• Full load: A full load is loaded at the customer’s location and transported directly to the destination or recipient.

Sud-Fresh delivers and picks up goods in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and northern France (departments 59 and 62).

The facilities are equipped with climate-controlled warehouses and cross-docking areas. Each facility has its own administrative section, and some facilities are equipped with a truck wash and a garage.

The shipment notification can be forwarded in several ways:

• Through the Qargo customer portal
• Via EDI/API
• Upon request: via email template

The customers’ delivery slips are given to the driver or sent digitally to Sud-Fresh. Sud-Fresh’s system automatically generates a waybill or CMR with a unique number. When the driver returns from his route, these documents are processed within 48 hours and made available to the customer via the customer portal.
